Our Story

Core Financial Inc. opened in December of 2005. Part way through 2006 we saw rates starting to hike and the loss of popular loan programs. Then, shortly after, the whole mortgage industry plummeted into chaos. We had no lease on an office building at the time and we had very little overhead which gave us flexibility, so, we decided  to wait and save our money with hope the industry would recover sooner than later.

We had no employees yet and wanted the best mortgage specialists in the state. We started to take on employees from failing companies due to industry chaos and invested the majority of our profits back into our employees. While I personally struggled to pay my own bills I paid my new employees top commissions and built one of the best teams in Florida.

While other mortgage lenders struggle to grasp the dramatic new landscape of lending, we at Core Financial Inc. have always maintained a consistent and current knowledge of the ever changing lending industry.

We are grateful and humble with small beginnings and we know the value of hard work. Due to our hard work and growing success with the industries leading lenders, we grew with these lenders and grew our relationships. Now we are recognized by the largest wholesale lender in the country to be one of their top mortgage producers in the State of Florida.
